Yvette Soliz Rivers is an accomplished IT program management consultant with over 25 years of experience delivering strategic guidance, oversight, and governance for complex federal, state, and local government IT initiatives. As a fully credentialed PMP® and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP®) with an active Public Trust Clearance, Yvette has successfully led and advised mission-critical programs with budgets ranging from $5 million to $100 million, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and vendor accountability.
Throughout her career, she has provided expert leadership in IT program and project management, portfolio management, risk assessment, and acquisition support for agencies including OCC, FERC, EPA, FDIC and multiple state and local government agencies. Yvette excels in executive-level client engagement, vendor and contract management, and process optimization, consistently driving program performance to exceptional ratings.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in Sociology with Psychology from Yale University. With a deep expertise in Agile methodologies, capital planning, and IT governance, Yvette continues to be a trusted leader in federal IT program management, guiding agencies toward innovative and results-driven solutions.
